Find someone with good credit to buy it for you. Most of the new housing programs want you to have a score of 620, and then they want you to get a house on property, not just property.

Yes You Can!!! I also have bad credit and was looking for land and a home. I got a FHA loan. Just got approved last week. I was able to get 3 acres and a brand new double wide. Yes I did have to put a down payment but it was small. Good thing is that everything else is included in the loan. Check with your local banks.
